About

Dr. Maxine Bennett-Marsh earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York in Albany, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Dominican University, a Master’s of Science in Nursing Education from Towson University, and a Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice from Purdue Global University. Dr. Marsh has served as an Adjunct Professor Nursing Professor and she has over 28 years in the field of nursing. Dr. Marsh has received a Maryland state award from retired State Senator Barbara Robinson for conducting health fairs and she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau – The International Honor Society of Nursing. She also received an award from a televised health channel in Atlanta, Georgia - 360 HBN, for being a “Champion of Health” in October 2019.  In 2022, Dr. Marsh appeared on Channel 9 News 7 Atlanta to promote the importance of making any necessary lifestyle changes in relation to heart health. Dr. Marsh is looking forward to being featured in CEO Weekly Magazine and New York Weekly Magazine on December 6, 2023, to promote her upcoming book “The Language of the Heart: The Importance of Hypertension Management.”

Dr. Marsh is passionate about health, and she believes that “Health is Wealth.” She has served in several churches as Women’s Ministry Leader since 2014. Crisis Intervention and Cardiovascular Care or Heart Health is of particular interest to Dr. Marsh as she has worked in many hospitals in Cardiovascular nursing care. In addition, Dr. Marsh has also worked in: psychiatric nursing. pediatric nursing, well–mother–well–baby home care nursing, and medical-surgical nursing. Dr. Marsh is excited about being featured on the New York Billboard to announce the launching of her new book titled “The Language of the Heart: The Importance of Hypertension Management and her book will include a strategic approach to the importance of Heart Health, and integrating medical and intercollaborative care during the process of working toward making healthy lifestyle changes. Dr. Marsh is also the CEO of Heart Health and Home and she is also a licensed real estate agent.
